How it works
Merging copies pages into a new PDF in the displayed file order. It does not provide advanced compression, and document-level bookmarks, tags, forms, attachments, or links may not survive.
- Choose up to 20 PDFs within the batch limits.
- Use the up and down arrows to reorder files and accept document-feature risks where appropriate.
- Merge, verify page count and order in the preview, and download the PDF.
Supported files and limits
Unsigned, unencrypted PDFs, up to 200 pages. PDF-to-JPG and individual-page extraction are limited to 30 selected pages per run. Up to 40 MB per file; batches up to 20 files and 80 MB. Single-document operations accept one PDF.
Useful answers
Will merging make my PDFs smaller?
Not reliably. Page contents are copied; combining documents is not image recompression. Use fewer pages or recreate image-heavy source PDFs when size matters.
Are different paper sizes retained?
Yes. Copying pages retains their dimensions, so A4, Letter, and custom pages can coexist in the merged document.
Can I merge signed or encrypted PDFs?
Detected digital signatures and encrypted documents are rejected. Use unsigned, unprotected copies only if you are authorized to do so.
