How it works

PDF page resizing has three distinct modes: scale content proportionally to fit the new paper; change the canvas while keeping content size; or fill the page and crop overflow. None stretches content unevenly.

  1. Choose one unsigned, unencrypted PDF and a paper size.
  2. Select scaling, canvas-only, or cropping. Read the warning about forms, links, tags, and other document features.
  3. Resize and inspect every page for hidden content, correct paper size, and readable text.

Supported files and limits

Unsigned, unencrypted PDFs, up to 200 pages. PDF-to-JPG and individual-page extraction are limited to 30 selected pages per run. Up to 40 MB per file; batches up to 20 files and 80 MB. Single-document operations accept one PDF.

Useful answers

What is the difference between scaling and changing the canvas?

Scaling changes the size of the page content to fit. Canvas-only keeps the content’s scale and changes the surrounding paper; a smaller canvas can hide content.

Will cropping remove important text?

It can hide content beyond the new page boundaries. Choose proportional fit when all content must remain visible.

Are links and forms preserved?

Resizing rebuilds pages using embedded content. Links, annotations, forms, bookmarks, and accessibility structure can be lost. Keep the original and inspect the result.
