How it works

This workspace starts at 100 KB (100,000 bytes). A 100 KB ceiling leaves little room for fine text and large photos. Crop unnecessary content first and inspect small details closely.

  1. Choose a supported photo. The maximum size is already 100 KB.
  2. Keep the required dimensions if the form specifies them. Choose JPG or WebP when the destination accepts lossy images.
  3. Compress and check that the output is no more than 100,000 bytes. Review readability before downloading.

Supported files and limits

JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, and browser-decodable AVIF. Images are limited to 32 megapixels. Up to 40 MB per file; batches up to 20 files and 80 MB. Single-document operations accept one PDF.

Useful answers

Does 100 KB mean exactly 100,000 bytes?

FileFit treats 100 KB as a maximum of 100,000 bytes, using decimal KB. A smaller file meets this size requirement; no padding is added to make it larger.

Will every photo fit under 100 KB?

No. A 100 KB ceiling leaves little room for fine text and large photos. Crop unnecessary content first and inspect small details closely. If fixed dimensions prevent meeting the limit, the result is marked as over the target.

What else should I check before submitting?

Check the actual format, pixel dimensions, orientation, and readability as well as bytes. A size limit alone does not describe every upload rule.
